How much does commercial epoxy flooring cost?
Commercial and industrial epoxy flooring generally runs from a few dollars to over ten dollars per square foot installed, depending on the system, floor size, surface preparation and any moisture mitigation required. We provide a firm quote after a free on-site assessment.
How long does an industrial epoxy floor last?
A professionally installed industrial epoxy floor commonly lasts 10 to 20 years, and longer in commercial settings with a UV-stable topcoat and routine maintenance. Lifespan depends heavily on surface preparation and matching the system to your traffic and chemical exposure.
Is epoxy or polyaspartic better?
They work best together. An epoxy base coat bonds deeply into properly prepared concrete, and a polyaspartic or urethane topcoat adds UV stability, fast return-to-service and abrasion resistance. We spec the right system for your environment.
How much downtime does installation require?
It depends on the system and square footage. We plan the schedule around your operations, including cure times and fast-return topcoats where downtime is critical, so your facility gets back to work as quickly as possible.
